राजस्थान यूनिवर्सिटी में जातिगत समीकरणों ने बढ़ाया छात्रसंघ चुनावों का रोमांच, CYSS ने बनाया रोचक

जयपुर.राजस्थान प्रदेश में अब तक राजस्थान यूनिवर्सिटी की छात्र राजनीति में जातिवाद सबसे ज्यादा हावी रहता आया है और उसी आधार पर यहाँ प्रमुख राजनीतिक संगठनों ने छात्रों को टिकट देते आये है । राजस्थान यूनिवर्सिटी से छात्र संगठन एबीवीपी का पिछला रिकॉर्ड उठाकर देखें तो सवर्ण छात्रों पर ज्यादा भरोसा जताया है, फिर जाट (ओबीसी) और मीणा (एसटी) छात्रों पर एवं वहीं दूसरी तरफ एनएसयूआई ने भी अधिकतर जाट उम्मीदवारों को या फिर बदलाव के नाम पर मीणा उम्मीदवार को टिकट दी है । हर बार की तरह इस बार भी पूरा चुनाव जातिवाद पर ही लड़ा जा रहा है।

पेश है एक रिपोर्ट :

आरयू के पिछले सालों के रुझानों को देखते हुए इस बार यूनिवर्सिटी के इतिहास में ये पहली बार हो रहा है कि सबसे ज्यादा वोट बैंक रखने वाले जाट समुदाय के किसी भी छात्र को अध्यक्ष पद पर प्रमुख छात्र संगठन ABVP और NSUI दोनों ने टिकट नहीं दिया है। छात्र राजनीति में दूसरा बड़ा पद माने जाने वाले महासचिव पद पर दूसरे सबसे ज्यादा छात्रों वाले मीणा समुदाय के किसी भी छात्र को भी इन दोनों संगठनों ने टिकट नहीं दिया । छात्र राजनीति में इन दोनों समुदायों की खासी पकड़ मानी जाती है पर जिस तरह से ABVP और NSUI ने इन दो बड़े पदों के लिए जिस प्रकार से दोनों समुदायों की अनदेखी की है उससे दोनों समुदायों के छात्रों में काफी गुस्सा है, जो 28 अगस्त को वोटिंग के दिन इन संगठनों पर निकल सकता है।

इस बीच इन दोनों समुदायों के गुस्से को भांपते हुये प्रदेश में पहली बार छात्र राजनीति में हिस्सा ले रहे छात्र युवा संघर्ष समिति (CYSS) ने इस मौके का पूरा फायदा उठाया और अध्यक्ष पद पर विधि के छात्र विश्वेन्द्र सिंह चौधरी को टिकट देकर अपना प्रत्यासी बनाया है, जो ताक़तवर जाट समुदाय से आते है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ महासचिव पद पर मीणा समुदाय से आने वाले एम.कॉम. के छात्र दिलखुश मीणा को उतार कर आरयू में होने वाले मुकाबले को ओर भी रोचक बना दिया है।
इस बीच CYSS ने एक और चौंकाने वाला निर्णय लेते हुये राजस्थान यूनिवर्सिटी की राजनीति में पहली बार मुस्लिम छात्रा को भी अपने पैनल में जगह दी है। CYSS की तरफ से उपाध्यक्ष पद पर महारानी कॉलेज की छात्रा रूमाना खान को उतारा है। वहीं संयुक्त सचिव पर भी कॉमर्स कॉलेज से गुर्जर समुदाय के छात्र रमेश गुर्जर को उतारकर जातिगत समीकरण साधने के प्रयास किया है। इस तरह देखा जाए तो जातिगत समीकरणों के हिसाब से नये संगठन CYSS ने मुकाबला रोचक बना दिया है।
इस पर हमने प्रदेश CYSS कमेटी के सदस्य जितेंद्र पूनिया से जब पूछा कि आपका संगठन पहली बार चुनाव लड़ रहा है, इससे आपको क्या उम्मीदें है? बकौल जितेंद्र पूनिया, ” उम्मीदें तो बहुत है पर इस चुनाव में हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य छात्र राजनीति में धनबल – बाहुबल को किनारे कर शिक्षा की बात करने वाले युवाओं को आगे लाना है, और जैसा कि आप देख रहे है कि हमारे सभी उम्मीदवारों का बाहर शैक्षिणिक रिकॉर्ड रहा है और आम छात्र है। एक आम छात्र ही आम छात्र की समस्या समझ सकता है, इसलिये छात्रसंघ में आम छात्र को पहुँचाकर बदलाव की राजनीति की शुरुआत ही हमारा पहला और अंतिम उद्देश्य है।”
